Cinnamon bark is one of the most antimicrobial essential oils. It has been produced in Sri-Lanka for over 2,000 years. It was found that viruses could not live in the presence of cinnamon oil. Because of its high phenol content, it is best diluted before applying on the skin. May be applied neat on hands and bottoms of feet and may also be added to food or water as a dietary supplement.
